This month get set to intersperse the movements you know well with some more dynamic High Intensity Interval Training. Having fun working hard, resting then repeating has been shown to get fast results for improving your cardiovascular health. In this evening class there'll be some uplifting music, to keep us in time. Bring water and don't panic, it's not that hard! We use small weights and bands for extra intensity.
