Is it safe?


I instruct so that you work in a pain-free range of flowing movement. We can only improve and build muscle by pushing the comfort zone. So, some discomfort is normal, but we do not work through pain. Notice the signals and avoid taking painkillers. Knees and lower back can be eased with cushions and I adapt my teachings to your needs.

Giving me all the relevant info on your enrolment form and paying attention to my instructions, you'll be fine! You may feel a range of sensations as your supporting muscles grow and your body adapts in the days to come. I am here for you so call me if you have any questions.

You should finish each session feeling relaxed, focused and ready for the day (or night) ahead.
